I feel we need to provide teachers with easy access to technology. If it's easily accessible, teachers will be willing to try and use it and that's really the first step. Once they used it, I think it almost becomes addictive--they will then ask themselves the question, what can I do next that's even better?

I would also agree with the comment that you need to model it for other teachers. Many times, some are not aware of what's out there.
