Since I started this month's reflection, let me be the first to respond. Finding and balancing the time has been difficult for me. I am Building Technical Support Person, a Tech Pilot Mentor for my grade level, and now a Building Mentor. Yea, a lot of jobs, but Bill Dolton made a great suggestion for me. Keeping a time journal. This has really worked for me. I set up an on line journal for me. I record each time I work on preparation or work with my proteges. I keep notes on what we discussed and what we accomplished. I also use this journal as a "sounding out" place just for me. I plot and plan and let out frustrations but amazingly what that does is guide me with my use of time. Great Suggestions Bill and it works! I'd recommend it to everyone!
