Personally, I think Darla was going to say, "Be careful" to Angel last night because I think it's finally sinking in to her that Angel is the baby's father and she needs him to be there for her child when it's born.

As for The Trial and her falling in love with him, I think you may be right. The Trial is when Darla began to truly see Angel not as Angelus, but as Angel, the vampire with a soul.

I don't know about that one. Right now, Darla and Angel need to work themselves out as parents and maybe friends, if Darla and the baby live past Lullaby.
