It most certainly is, Blue. A little exhausting, but the poster clairfies the Buffy/Darla parallels that have been rolling around in my head for a while. I loved how the author mentioned that Buffy and Darla's actions were the same. Both women died to protect their family. It is also interesting that Age mentions the Biblical stories of Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden as well as the nativity scene with Angel, darla and Fred in the rain just before the baby's birth. As we all know, Jesus died so that the world could be cleansed of sin and he was reborn. Buffy has been reborn, will the writers extend that same "gift" to Darla, even though she has been resurrected before?

You know I'm waffling on darla's status. Yes, I know she's dead and I should be satisfied with just experiencing her through flashback and fanfic, but there's a part of me that feels that her story is not completely over. Don't get me wrong, I loved her self-sacrifice in Lullaby and at times, I accept that ending and I am happy with it, but there's something crawling underneath my skin that feels somehow dissatisfied with that ending and feels that more stories need to be told. Maybe I'm just feeling antsy because there was no new Angel this past week and Dad won't air in another two weeks. Maybe when I see Dad, I'll feel completely ready to move on from Lullaby.
