Subject: Okay, here's a tip my Auntie Velma taught me years ago...instead of trying to turn the eggs over when they get almost to how you want them to be..put a little bit of water on the yolk of each egg and put a lid on the skillet....cook a bit more and the yolks will sear over without you having to turn them over....Try it Pixie...it works for me every time...Good Luck..
