8:00 a.m. Interview with Judges- Children 5 and under may be accompanied by a parent

4:00 mandatory Rehearsal for Production Number

Schedule Is subject to change. Once we have the final number of Contestants we will issue a revised schedule based on actual number of Contestants.
We are planning to make arrangements with hotel for either extended check out time on Sunday or a Dressing Room
All Contestants are asked to bring a gift item of no more than 10.00 for the gift bags for their age division.
Photography and Videography will be covered so please do not take Photo's or Video during the Pageant. Photo and Video packages will be available for purchase at the pageant.
Photo Shoot: William Perez will honor us in doing those Beautiful Photo's. So for you photo Shoot
Email him for an appointment time.
Videographer: Richard will honor us in doing are Pictures and Video
Hair and make up will be available for a fee. Update on the H/M artist will be sent out in our Nationals

You may send in you Deposit in the amount of $175.00 with entry form.
And the amount of the total Due Before deadline.
The Deadline is a Firm Date there are no Extensions. This assures you the Contestant, the Best Possible Awards to be in on time for the pageant, and Assure that we have an accurate count of contestants for gifts.

Get 6 paid Referrals and you can enter the Supreme Package: Beauty and all Optional FREE!

The Contestants that get 10 Paid Referrals will win their Supreme Package Paid and Get 2 nights at the Hotel on us. Along with $100.00 cash for their weekend at the Pageant.

Hostess/ Host 2002
The Person with the most paid referrals over 10 will Receive Supreme Package Free, 2 nights at the Hotel, $100.00 Cash for the weekend at the pageant and a Special Title of Hostess/ Host,
Royal Crown, Royal Sash and A Plague showing their Effort and Achievement.
Your name must be on the Entry form and may not refer each other.
Queen / King Ambassador 2002
This title will be awarded to the Contestant who sells the Most advertising in the pageant program book
and / or recruits the most prizes from sponsors to be given away by the national pageant.
Royal Crown, Royal Sashes and Plaque and $50.00 cash for the pageant weekend and 2 night at the hotel will be awarded to the Winner. (Over 6 pages)
Sell 3 full pages of advertising and Win$50 plus 1 night at the hotel.
Sell 6 pages of advertising and Win $50 plus 2-night s at the Hotel.

Any Business, which donates $150 or greater value in prizes, to be awarded at the pageant, will be given a full-page ad for FREE. If you get a sponsor willing to donate $150 + pageant Prize (prizes such as Free pageant clothes, Coaching, Free hair and makeup, Photo sessions, shopping sprees, free dinner at a restaurant, Etc. these must be FREE donations not discounts.

Sibling Discount:
With one family member paid in full for the Supreme Package Entry. Then their siblings may enter at 50% off.

Tiara Dreams Judging Criteria

Queen /King Competition: Will be judged in Pageant Formal
attire. Babies will be presented on stage by Chaperone (adult). Our judges
will score on a point system of 1-10 based on overall projection,
personality-judged during interview and appearance.

Most Beautiful/Handsome: Will be judged on facial beauty and during the
Formal wear. Queen/ King Competition. Our Judges will score on a point system
of 1-10.

Best Dressed: Will be judged on an overall score of Attire during the
Beauty Competition. This is judged on how well the Dress looks and compliments the Contestant (not on the price or designer of Dress) Judged on a point system of 1-10.

All Modeling Optional:
Sports Wear: Pro- Am
Winter Wear: can be Pro- Am or runway
Casual Wear: straight runway T style modeling
Celebrating American wear: Can be Pro � Am or runway t style modeling This will be judged on Stage presentation, appearance, personality And Modeling (which is judged on age capability). The babies and up to age 4 are not expected to Do Pro-am modeling and will be judged accordingly on personality and being comfortable on stage. Judged on a Point system of 1-10.

Talent: Must be 3 minutes or less. Contestants will be judged on Difficulty
according to age, Attire and Overall Entertainment. Please bring music cued
if on cassette. If on CD labeled with the # of
Song.

Photogenic: Contestants photo may be 81/2 x11 or 8x10. Photo is judged on Eye
Contact, Clarity and Overall Appearance.

Portfolio: Contestants Portfolio may be amateur or Professional. It must not contain more than 10 Photo�s. They can be colored or black and white and should not be smaller than a 5x7. Portfolios judged on Variety, Clarity, and Overall Appearance.

Al judges decisions are final.
Nationals Score sheets will be given out after Crowning.
Please allow time for the Royalty Photo�s to be taken.
The National Director or Staff will set up at a table for you to receive your Score Sheets.

understand that any photos or videos taken of my child as a WINNER at the
Pageant may be used as advertisement for Tiara Dreams Pageant System. I
