I wonder where you get your knowledge. All any of us know is that we are here and we will die. You say you are of the northern tradition, well how can you say that you are not abusing or misinterpreting Aesir,Vanir or whoever. Wicca is about the respect of life, sure deities may get annoyed with us for misinterpretation, much of wicca is a hotpotch of beliefs, but central to it isthe idea of furthering yourself intellectually as well as spiritually, no deity is disrespected.
I wish i was privvy to divine wisdom, as you must be, for I would hate to think that you are just another uninformed bigot.
