: ~ glancing over to the massive pile of rep cloths...relizing that chores has been put off too long....slipping into the dry storage closet....returning to the servery with a drying rack which she sets up in front of the hearth....taking the large kettle with soap flakes sprinkled in the bottom....adding lots o water from the water barrel...hanging it over the flames to heat ~

: ~ using a long smooth stick of wood....first she stirs the cloths around in the water...then pushes them down so the cloths become completely immersed in the hot water....leaving them to soak for a moment cause the rep cloths are filthy ~

: ~ beginning the long process of fishing the rep cloths out of the kettle....allowing them to hang above the kettle to drip of excess water....arranging them on the drying rack to dry...when all of the rep cloths are finally drying...removing the kettle from above the flames...dragging it by the handle toward the outside door....unlatching the door then tipping the kettle over....watching as the water flows from the kettle into the snow....relatching the outside door....placing the kettle and stick in the dry storage closet for later use....padding to the Great Hall for a lil bit ~
