Subject: It is TOO complacent

Someone mentioned "why are there no posters..I have not seen a single poster advertising the up-coming football season".

Some people are self-starters and get things done without being told, others do only what is required.

It comes down to an Athletic Department with a staff that is either "pro-active" or "complacent". Cal Poly has some great people working their butts off every year and we also have some individuals who would rather be home watching a bad movie on TV.

It's football season and that time of the year that the Athletic Depatment needs to "jump-start" this community. The fan needs to get excited about the team. Those people that wear the hats of authority need to delegate what needs to get done in order to get the adrenalin running!!!

I am sure if you were to ask Coach Ellerson he'd give you some good ideas.
