Brody Angley Last weekend, Brody Angley's Chico Tarheels won the Easter Extravaganza Championship in the Bay Area. The 5-foot-11 inch point guard from Enterprise High School played extremely well, and made a strong case as the #1 PG in Northern California.

Brody was named All-Norcal and All-State this past season playing for his high school team. He will compete with the Tarheels this offseason at the Pump Easter Classic in Las Vegas, Reno Memorial Day Tournament, AAU National Qualifier in Sacramento, Big Time Tournament in Las Vegas, and Pump Best of the Summer Tournament in Los Angeles.

According to Angley's father, Jaime Angley, Brodie is hearing from Santa Clara, Cal Poly, Santa Barbara, Utah, Stanford, and San Francisco, among others. "For now, he is very open to any opportunity that comes his way," said the elder Angley. "We are hoping this is on the West Coast, but we are not firm about it."
Angley is also an All-State football player and has attracted interest as a runningback prospect from Nebraska, Oregon, Washington, UCLA, California, Wisconsin, and Texas A&M, among others. He led the Northern Section in scoring with 181 points this past season. He also rushed for 1,832 yards on 207 carries and scored 22 touchdowns and was both an All-Norcal and All-State selection.

Brody plans to attend the NIKE Football Camp at either the University of Oregon or Stanford next month.

Brody carries a 3.2 GPA and scored 900 on the SAT. He plans to retake the test.

We will keep you posted on Angley's recruiting in both sports.
