In the Gothic Cathedrals, I admired the glass windows the most. Not only are they beautiful, but I liked how each one almost tells a story. In the book it says that the people who donated the money for each window were able to put their signature on it, and many people used their family coat of arms as a signature. I thought that was something really interesting to represent someone's family. It must be an honor to have ur family coat of arms on something that is so beautiful and has so much meaning behind it.
