Die Fledermaus

I have truly enjoyed this particular opera thus far. It's almost a classy soap opera with its "talk- show like" story line that is very easy to follow. It also creates much curiousity for the watcher because you want to see what is going to happen next. -->(Especially at the party where his wife will discover the truth about her husband and house maid) I enjoy the fact that the dilect is in english as well because it is easier to follow along without having to read subtitles. The musical selections are up-beat and fun, and with the knowledge we have from watching previous opera's ... we are able to understand the humor throughout the opera.
I am looking foward to the ending of this opera.
