I'm really glad that we're watching Casablanca because its one of those movies that I always wanted to see but never got around to doing so. So far, I guess I'm one of the few people who's really liking the movie, but then again maybe I'm just biased to old films. Yes, it is hard to follow, a lot of older movies are, especially because the characters seem to talk so fast and pretty much everything they say is essential to understanding the plot. Also, to what Justine said about being disappointed in the movie, that's understandable. When people think of Casablanca they think of the famous ending scene, which I'm assuming everyone has at least heard of, if not seen. This scene is so dramatic that one would assume the rest of the movie would be too. However, I think that this is still a great movie I'm enjoying it.
