Subject: Mr. Smith Goes to Washington

Although this movie did not get my attention at first, I would have to say that I am glad I watched the entire movie. It gave its viewers a reality check on how our government system really works.
The acting, writing and directing was excellent. I was especially impressed with how the cinamatography was done as Mr.Fornale had explained when Mr.Smith was speaking of the lies against him and the background was entirely zeroed in on a focus point... Mr.Smith. It created a certain mood that complamented the scene.
Like Casablanca, it this movie proved to me that one does not need to be as explicit as movies are today to get a certain point across.
I am looking foward to our next movie.
