Nowadays they are so inexpensive that I use them at home instead of making long distance calls billed to my phone I use the phone card. When we were up in Canada to get away we used our calling card from the house at the hotel and the operator from the hotel stole the number and started calling all over so you can never be sure using your home calling card.
