At a club in such short supply for Talls at KP spots that we played Goldie at FB and a total newbie to the game at FF in the 2018 GF
Here we are 6 years later and a few weeks back Maynard was matched for periods on MacKay and Checkers is our key forward marking target in the same match .
Unfortunately the 2023 investment in Dan McStay has been cruelled by injury this year and Ash is brilliant but lacks consistent endeavour . Can this be changed ? Only Ash can answer that.
To my mind Reef isn’t a KP prospect .

Fred is injury prone , no question . History doesn’t lie .
When he was again injured early the issue of his value raised its head here.
He has fought through that period , injuries saw him promoted and, to an extent is showing something .
Fingers crossed he will continue .
History also suggests that some bigger players take much longer than others to fully evolve …Leroy Brown comes to mind
Patience can be a virtue sometimes. Hope it pays off with Fred, so far it has.
