Because over a long period of time she's proven to be non biased and totally impartial towards the club. Absolute miracle we won a flag with all the dysfunction behind the scenes. Lots of list managers and footy people at Coates league these days you get to hear about the real stuff like a footy manager burned out, couldn't rediscover the passion for the job on holiday and stepping away, it's as simple as that.
