Hine's recruiting strategy is based on lateral picks, e.g. taking Brayden Sier with the expectation he would've been rated much higher in next season's draft.

We're constantly taking project players and/or tweeners.

I'm particularly sick of players who "can play a bit up forward, but also pinch-hit down back, as well as run through the midfield."

Give me a freaking player who can only play forward, and plays it so well we never consider moving him.
