Pendles is creative in the way he uses his ability to find space to bring his teammates into the game as stated above. Pendles probably more likely to get on with it if he makes a rare error. Bucks was often a bit uptight with the perfectionist personality on show on the field. This arguably affected his leadership more than Pendles who appears to be inclusive in the way he nurtures youngsters and cements the bond with his long-term peers.
