The way they went about it is different. Bucks attacked like a fighter jet while Pendles does his best work as a General, aboard a magic carpet.

Bucks is the Best player I have seen, but he was never a great General. Pendles is a great player and a great General.

If I had to choose one of them to lead me out of the trenches, the decision would cause consternation, but I would choose Bucks. If I wanted someone to manage players’ anxiety and field positions in the final quarter of a GF, it would be Pendles.
