It clearly looks from this preseason so far that we are looking to have Josh Daicos and Dan Houston coming off the back flanks and launching us into attack.

That makes sense, as they are both very damaging long kicks.

In terms of the wings, Josh moving to half back means that Sidey and Lippa are the incumbents.

Lippa can go on for a few years, he is not quick but he is not particularly slo either, and he has elite running capacity, mature football and gameplan knowledge and very neat skills with his disposal.

That said I think if we could get more bite on the wings we would be very happy, it's just that the boys with a bit of toe are very young in DeMattia and Hayes.

Still not convinced about DeMattia but have thought Hayes looks surprisingly proactive and quick this preseason so far.

In terms of Crisp, and Perryman, they are in my 22 for sure, but cannot see how Crisp is a better option ion half back than Houston or Josh.

I honestly think we have the deepest and most balanced senior list we have had in a long, long time.

SENIOR 28:
FB: Maynard Moore Quaynor
HB: Houston Howe J.Daicos

R: Cameron Pendlebury N.Daicos
C: Sidebottom DeGoey Lipinski

HF: McCreery McStay Shultz
FF: Elliot Mihocek Hill

INT FROM:
Crisp
Perryman
Mitchell
Membrey
Hyphen
Cox
Frampton
Markov
Sullivan
Johnson

That is a deep group of mid-senior aged guys who will all want to be in the starting 22.

Meanwhile Allan, McInnes, Jiath etc are all looking to me like they could come on pretty quick next year.
