You could argue that they 'gave run' if you ignored the fact that they either ran directly into trouble, or burned the ball by foot.

Sam Murray was another who was headed down that path, but did us the favour of effectively delisting himself.

Never understood why Dekka (and later Shepard) had/has a penchant for these types. The list is long if you throw in names like Sammy Iles and Ben Davies and I'm sure there are many more...
