There are currently several young ladies with Miss titles that fit all of those things. Not every contestant is the same and you should really get to know some of them. We’ve been doing this since mine was a CP (13 years) and there are currently some very high quality young women who will be on that stage this summer. Sure there a few who have no business representing that crown .. absolutely but if you get to know the rest I think you would see they aren’t all the same. Ignore the bullies & the fakes. Focus on the ones who really want to make an impact and the ones that want the organization to continue to grow. The bullies and fakes are easy to weed out they show their true colors often. Sometimes it just takes some time. All the contestants know.. and not all of them will exclude those bullies. They will continue being kind and respectful because that’s how they were raised and their character. Eventually the bullies and fakes get exposed to the world. If one of them happens to win at state it is what it is… we will always know and I would rather my daughter take the high road every time .. is it always fair .. no!
