Subject: Her not being available for appearances is going to make it hard for next years winner. Most places book for the next year after a successful visit from Miss NC. I'm not sure how she's going to do the job since she's in school and can't drive. If she doesn't stay in school she's not eligible because she and her parents aren't NC residents. They reside in Washington state. For all the good Taylor did for the program, his girl is setting it back 10 steps. It's sad. And since getting a driver's license was such a piece of cake, does she have one yet?
