Subject: The pageant would have to be held on Sunday then. Most people have to work on Friday and with this pageant being an open title pageant girls were from all across the state so many had hours of travel and to get hotel rooms. Not to mention that means your judges who are volunteers from all across the state would also have to be there all weekend. Two sets of judges would have been the way to go. Interviews would have been done in 3 hours.
