Subject: Very rarely is the girl who wins ready to go to Miss America and compete against the best of the best in the nation. The last one we sent that was truly Miss America ready the night she was crowned Miss NC was probably Jessica Jacobs. And how long ago was that? This girl has a lot of work to do to get ready for Miss America, but the team they finally assembled last year is a great one and Carrie is in great hands with them.
