Subject: Even though the level of competition has decreased over recent years in both Teen and Miss at local, state and national levels the answer is that there won’t be any floor mopping going on. It never hurts to seek improvement.

I simply asked whether she was Overall Talent Winner at Miss NC. I have no idea whether she has "floor mopping " skills or not. Most of the singers I've seen at Miss America lately, with the exception of Taylor, have been more of the Swiffer variety.
