ATTENTION ALL PETITIONERS...........IN THE STATES. THE BEST WAY YOU CAN PETITION IS TO WATCH THE SHOW ON THE WB, NOT DOWNLOAD IT........THEN WATCH IT. IF AS MUCH PEOPLE TUNE INTO THE SHOW AS THEY DOWNLOAD IT, WE WOULDN'T BE IN THIS SITCH. THAT'S TO EXCUSE THE OBVIOUS THAT DON'T WATCH IT TO BEGIN WITH OF COURSE.

Some WB affiliates mess around with the scheduling on a weekly basis, so it's very hard for viewers to know when the show is on. Also, not everyone can get The WB, as it only has (I believe) 70% coverage, as opposed to the blanket coverage the Big Four (ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC) have.

And as for the downloading thing.... I think you'll find that the only people who download the show are those who want to make screencaps (generally not that many, as it's a timely procedure), and those outside the US (Australia, UK, the rest of Europe, for example).

And, without meaning to be rude... please try not to use all caps in a post. On these boards, it's considered... well, rude.
