She had intelligence and cunning to outthink any evil. She was brave and fierce which made for a great ally. And she was also exceptionally good at sleeping. At this very moment her little body was curled into a camofladge ball. Her white tips lended themselves to all the new spring blooms. The grays in her coat lended themselves to the new bark that was growing on the trees. And the browns mirrored themselves to the sprouting-with-life dirt she lay nestled in. Her territory had been peaceful. It had doubled in game to hunt and dwindled in threats. There was really nothing else to do besides shed the excess fur and fat from winter and stretch out to enjoy a nap. I’m not going to lie either, Kosses snores when she sleeps.
