Gavin was patrolling the territory boundries as was his habit, and all was quite both with-in and with-out. It was when he was headed back to the heart of the territory that he caught the sound of Kosses' snoring and redirected his path. He spotted her only a stride before he would have stepped on her, and halted. He gave a soft wuff, as he edged closer and buried his nose in the thick fur of her ruff, inhaling her scent deeply before blowing out a warm breath against her skin.
