properties reportedly owned by Texe Marrs and or his wife in the Austin,Tx area.

Texe Marrs milked his former contributors for all he could, and used his 501 C-3

Date acquired: December 31, 1991 (This apparently is the Marrs' former personal
residence)

Address: 124 Tellus Street, Austin, Texas (This appears to be a
rental/investment home)
Size of home: 3,100 square feet, two-story, on 1/4 acre of land
Date acquired: September 06, 1994
NOTE; This home was sold on December 5,1996, for $168,980. Apparently, the money
Texe & Wanda Marrs gained from the sale of this property was used as a down
payment for their new 4,846 square foot residential property located at 800
Elder Circle, Austin, Texas, as indicated below in Item 3,

Date acquired: December 10, 1996, just five days after the above property at 124
Tellus Street was sold.
SPEC1AL NOTE: This very expensive, prestigious home was purchased on December
10, 1996, at approximately the same time Mr. Marrs prepared his December, 1996,
FlashPoint newsletter article which attempted to assassinate Terry Cook's
character and ministry! The article was cynically titled, "PLEASE PRAY FOR
TERRY COOK"!

873-7300) Size of home: 910 square feet, single family residence.
Date acquired: April 4, 1994
NOTE: Susan Trunchan Marrs, a Thai, is the EX-WIFE of Texe Marrs. They met in
Thailand in 1965 and were married in 1967. They were divorced on August 23, 1977
in Beaumont, Texas, Jefferson County Court case number 98215C. On April 27,
1994, Texe and his present wife, Wanda, loaned Susan $36,529.68. The loan was
secured by a promissory note and deed of trust against the above real estate. In
addition to the above property, Susan Trunchan Marrs owns a business in Austin,
Texas, called Suzie's Beauty Salon, located at 5742 Burnet Road, Austin, Texas
78756, phone number (512) 4S9-5945.

Ministries' and Texe Marrs' headquarters facility.

Address: 248 Addie Roy Road, Austin (Eanes), Texas
Size of unimproved lot: 207,626 square feet or 4.7 acres
NOTE: This land is zoned for commercial use. Apparently, this prime vacant land
is Living Truth Ministries' proposed new office site.
