Hi everyone
Thanks KathyK for the address, glad to see you all again.

Well I seem to be over my no workout phase and have done some great workouts in a row over the last 3 days. Have decided if I am to met my goal by my 'going home date' I need to do 60 minutes walking in the morning 6-7 days a week and 30 minutes weight 5 days a week. We'll see how I go. I am working up to it slowly.

Talk to you all again soon.
