Why do I do this?

Every day, after lunch, I eat sweets. 2 cookies, a piece of fudge - whatever. I crave it passionately to the point of distraction if I don't give in.

i can eat well all day, except for after lunch. I inhale an extra 300-400 cals, easily. All in sugary sweets.

I've tried, exercise, extra water, low carb, bigger meals, smaller meals.. I'm running out of ideas.

How do I get rid of the afternoon sugar monster?
