Subject: Oui, je mixe du mascarpone, de la betterave cuite et un peu de fromage frais genre Philadelphia, et j'assaisonne avec sel, poivre, un peu d'ail et je décore avec des brins de ciboulette. Désolée, je n'ai pas de mesures plus précises, je fais ça à vue de nez.
