Subject: Boston U (Defunct Major College) helmet history 1970s through 1990s

Helmet was used from at least 79 to 1983,

In 1984 they went with the dog BU logo but with a Red facemask instead of black or white like you have.

That design lasted two seasons and in 86 they changed to the helmet listed as c1990s.

In 1988 they went with the design called "Late 80s"

in 1990 they switched to the 86-88 BU Dog white facemask design.
