Could be, but also could be nearly any 'Bulldogs' or 'Panthers' or 'Tigers' or 'Wolves' etc team that used red and white as school colors. Hanover, Redlands, McPherson,
Ferris State, Montana State Western, Clark Atlanta, Chapman, Virginia Union, etc. That's such a generic and widely-used logo.

Can't see that one well enough to even guess, but it doesn't appear to be familiar.
