Subject: Montreal Alouettes 2023 - Grey Cup Champs

With the Alouettes winning the Grey Cup this past weekend, I thought I would post about some different logos they wore for the first 2 games of the 1975 season
I haven't been able to find any good pictures yet but here are the newspaper articles with pictures from game # 2 verses Saskatchewan

They have "ALOUETTES" on their helmets instead of the triangle that was worn on both sides until 1982

Thanks, that would seem to be a rather significant find, as I've never heard anything about that one before! I'll mention it at the website and see if anybody else can provide any additional information.

Did you attempt to locate any photographs from the four preseason games Montreal played that year?

I did not look for any preseason game photos, but I will now.
I am going to check with the local paper to see if they have any original photos that I could purchase to get a better look at the helmet.
