That IS interesting!

I did peruse thru the 1960-1964 NIU yearbooks and George Bork is well represented.
Reading his Wikipedia entry, he played for the CFL Montreal Alouettes and the Chicago Owls of the Continental League after NIU.
The Al's wore white helmets in the 1960's.
It might be the Owls, though in the few photos I have of that team, the helmets are white.
THOUGH the Owls did play 2 years.
