Romney himself documented himself on official filings as 100% shareholder, president, CEO of Bain during this period while paying himself at least $100K annually (tax returns may indeed show he paid himself many million$$$ more to 'not' do this job, not to mention he himself cited instances of coming to Mass to sit on the boards of several companies Bain owned during this time. I have some trouble believing he was never consulted or had zero oversight input on anything & everything there.

Even so, it's still 100% shareholder Romney benefiting from his company doing all these things (whether he's involved in 'day-to-day' or not) so I'm not seeing how this would absolve him from responsibility. The buck truly stops at the top with the 100% owner, so he's still ultimately on the hook.

On the other hand, birtherism is a desperate, deluded, manipulative fantasy & obvious canard ...
