Subject: A MOTHER SAYS "THANK YOU"

This message goes out to SSGT. Lucy and all the other brave men and women aboard the USS.KittyHawk. I am a mother of two and the wife of a former active duty service man. My husband served active duty for 10 years, and is still in the National Guard Reserves. He too served in Desert Storm, Somalia, and Haiti. As a wife and mother who knows the emotional pain you feel when a love one goes off to war, a simple "THANK YOU" just isn't enough. You guys are what every child should aspire to be-(The Defenders of Freedom) Without the dedication and passion of guys like you, I shudder to think of what this nation would become. My husband is also on alert and may be called away. But, I have to put my own emotions aside and think of all the innocent lives that were lost, and pray that justice will be done. What you guys are doing today will insure that my children,as well as yours, can grow up in the "GREATEST NATION" in the world without fear. May GOD Bless each of you and bring you home safely. I will be praying for each of you. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!
