Hello,Staff Sgt.Lucy and everyone else aboard the Kitty Hawk.I'm a mom from Sherrills Ford N.C. and what everyone and myself would like to say to each of you is a heartfelt thank you,God Bless you and God be with you.My earliest memories of the military is going with my aunt to Fort Bragg,N.C.to pick up her son on his return from Vietnam.As a young child I didn't understand my aunt's tears.We were picking him up so it should be a happy time,right?Now with sons of my own,I understand.So I'll pray for all of you and the thousands of mothers that are praying for their sons.So all of you on the Kitty Hawkn and elsewhere,Godspeed to you.
