Subject: Car Parking Charges

Why are we being asked to pay around £90 for the privilege of looking for a space to park on campus to attend lectures? Where does the money go? I thought the land at Jordanstown was bought and paid for (by the taxpayer ie our parents)? Is this money going to a private company, or back into the university? Are the top brass at the university going to get to park for free? Questions, questions. Who says students these days do not have inquiring minds?
