Four weeks is WAY too young unless you are an experienced rehabber. No 4 week old should be sold. The fact that your daughter was told the pup was 4 weeks old does not excuse the seller. This should be reported to the FL. Dept of Wildlife as flyers are considered a class III Captive Wildlife and require a License for Public Sale. You can report suspected wildlife law violations of any type through the statewide, toll-free, 24-hour Wildlife Alert hotline at 1-888-404-FWCC.
