Subject: Sorry for my absence

Been having PC problems and fighting the Ohio EPA. Trying
to get something done about the used motor oil and sludge
all over my property from the scrapyard next door. The
Ohio EPA has no interest in doing anything so far. They
claim they have no authority to do anything.
