Subject: daily flyer diet... what do you think

I don't know if any of you have seen, or tried this mix, but if you have a flyer and you don't mind, can you all look this over and see what you think, should there be anything added to it, or anything that shouldn't be offered to a flyer, and is this a good daily diet, with some fresh fruit and veggies, offered daily? thanks everybody
