I'm southwest of all the flooding by almost 60 miles. When
all that rain fell there I had a few hours of drizzle. I'm
still below 3/4" of rain since May. I've only had to mow
the lawn three times this summer. It did green up again from
heavy dew and that light rain. I had cracks in the ground
1 1/2" wide it was so dry.
