Good God.. here I am going along thinking that I am doing the best for my babies and you guys come along and make it spund so complicated.. I agree that we can not monitor their intake on anything we give them.. but the only thing I have seen my flyers stach away are nuts.. I watch mine when the dinner tray appears, everyone races over and grab their thing and sit there and eat. In fact they eat so much that they are all too fat. That only worries me. But frankly, I don't know what to cut out... they get lots of veggies, fruit, nuts, sunflower seeds, etc. I've never tried the mushrooms.. Are we talking those big white ones we see packaged in the veggie isle?
