+baffled by her question, he stands a moment before speaking. His first instinct was to kick her in the head for thinking so foolishly. Of course he wanted her to stay. As he started to reply, her next words hit him hard. His pools stared at her in shock, and hurt. If she had a reason? Am I not reason enough? Perhaps I've always been wrong... perhaps she's never loved me. Have I been so blinded by love? His thoughts ran wildly through his mind. He bit back the emotions welling deep within. He didn't know how much longer he could handle all that was happening to him. He'd had a rough life. And she'd meant more than life itself to him. And now, she had no reason to stay? Anger flooded over his hurt, figuring that was the best way to handle the situation, he flew into a tantrum. Ears pinned as he snapped at her+
How dare you ask a reason to stay! Reason enough is that this is your home! You belong here Charity. Can you get that through your thick selfish skull?! I have lost everything as have you. All we have left is Destiny Falls. And each other. If that isn't enough reason... then perhaps this is.
