Subject: 85 WON'T START

MY 928 SITS IN GARAGE -DRIVEN MAYBE ONCE A MONTH. WAS RUNNING FINE AND PULLED IN GARAGE. WILL NOT START. TURNS OVER GOOD AND WILL SPUTTER IF I SPRAY STARTING FLUID IN AIR INTAKE.I DO NOT HEAR FUEL PUMP RUN WITH THE TURNING OF IGNITION SWITCH. IF I MANUALLY HOLD IN FUEL PUMP RELAY CAN HEAR THE PUMP RUN BUT WILL NOT START.WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT.
