Hello Eran, I'm sure you have gotten lots of advice regarding your question by now. However in case you have not, and havn't done the work yet. my advice is not to do anything to your cylinder bores. If there are no deep vertical scratches (deep enough to feel with your fingrnail) assuming you have measured the bores and they are within limits install your new rings. The shop manual warns against honing the bores. If the wear limits have been exceeded then the bores must be reconditioned following the boring and etching process. I think your heads are ok provided you use the proper gasket. How are the valave guides?
